It's hard to rate a recipe book until you have tried all the recipes but, i have tried a few and they were lovely. I suffer from an easily irritated stomach and the meals i tried were tasty and didn't irritate my stomach one bit. All the menus are nicely varied which is always nice and most of the things in this guide are meals that both myself and my family would eat. The worst thing would be having to cook seperate meals for the kids etc but they enjoyed the venison casserole. I will be trying more of the meals in the future as it's healthy not just for me but for the whole family. At the beginning of the book the author does tell you a lot about the foods that are good and bad, also how this guide can help if you suffer from certain things like migraines etc. All the information has been properly researched with the help of the many experts so its trust worthy. I look forward to trying the daily plans out in the future.
