Alex is a high flying rock star and is in a band called uni-fi. He gets really bad stage fright and doesn't know how long he can carry on with everything. He has to do loads of interviews too, which doesn't help with his nerves. On one particular interview whilst the runner for the TV show fits his mic, he gets an overpowering feeling that he must get to know her. He starts sending her flowers and chocolates but she still doesn't phone him. After what feels like forever for him he decides to turn up at her work and pretty much begs her to go to dinner with him. She finally agrees and they have a lovely night together. They become really close and she becomes his saviour.
This is probably every girls fantasy, meeting a rock star and him worshiping you. Its a brilliant summer read that you can literally lose yourself in. I like that the author wrote it from both Alex and Graces point of view. I love to lose myself in a book and feel that you know the characters and that is exactly what kind of book this is.
